Terms & Conditions — opsapk

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and opsapk ("opsapk", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the opsapk online casino, sports betting and related services accessible via the domain opsapk.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus or otherwise engaging with any service provided by opsapk, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

opsapk reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account, displayed in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins or free bets awarded under specific promotional terms and conditions distinct from real-money funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification and due diligence process required to validate a Player's identity, age and payment information.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account Balances are displayed on opsapk.
• "Platform" means the opsapk website at opsapk.cam, including all associated games, sportsbook, cashier, account management and support features.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed under applicable law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional and support services made available by opsapk through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the aggregate amount a Player must bet before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on opsapk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to your Account or by the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity. Corporate accounts are not permitted without prior written approval from opsapk.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or close associate of opsapk or any entity within its corporate group.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or any other gaming platform operated by opsapk's corporate group.

Account registration requires the submission of accurate, current and complete personal information, including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a valid mobile telephone number. You must notify opsapk promptly of any changes to your registered information.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on opsapk. The creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, the forfeiture of any outstanding Balances attributable to the policy breach, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

opsapk operates a rigorous KYC programme in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot or statement confirming your name on an Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah account used for deposits).
• Source of funds documentation for higher-value transactions, as determined by opsapk's compliance team.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of opsapk's compliance team. opsapk reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend Account activity pending verification.

All deposits made to your opsapk Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will result in the return of funds and potential Account suspension.

opsapk references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT — as awareness references only. The availability of any specific payment method in the cashier is subject to the operator's current configuration, applicable regulations and the payment provider's own terms. opsapk does not claim endorsement or affiliation with any of these providers.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawals are processed only after successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.
• opsapk reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method, your bank's processing schedule and any compliance review requirements. No specific processing time is guaranteed.
• opsapk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or network infrastructure.
• Withdrawals of winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds may be subject to maximum cash-out limits as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.

opsapk may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are not transferable, have no cash equivalent value unless otherwise stated and cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically permitted.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games and contribution rates are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• During an active Wagering Requirement, a maximum bet limit per round or spin applies as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion's terms, which begins from the date of bonus activation. Unused or uncompleted bonuses are forfeited upon expiry.
• opsapk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion, bonus or offer at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse, technical errors or where required by regulatory or legal obligations.

All game outcomes on opsapk are determined by independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing procedures conducted in licensed studio environments. opsapk does not manipulate game outcomes.

Sports betting markets — including those covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football and other events — are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type. These rules address matters including in-play betting, settlement procedures, postponed or abandoned events, and the use of live streaming data.

• Bets confirmed and accepted by the platform are binding. opsapk reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds arising from obvious errors or technical failures.
• In the event of a dispute regarding game outcome or bet settlement, the records held in opsapk's systems shall be conclusive, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.
• opsapk is not responsible for connectivity interruptions, lag or device failures on the player's side during gameplay or bet placement.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event, market and game type, as published in the platform's betting rules documentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on opsapk and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening, accessing or operating an Account if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or software errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of errors are subject to reversal.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple Accounts, systematic exploitation of welcome offers or use of VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing opsapk staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or similar obfuscation technology.

opsapk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible through the Account dashboard and support team, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. opsapk does not extend credit to players. Gambling must be funded solely from a player's own available funds. Players are strongly encouraged to set personal spending limits before commencing play and to review those limits regularly.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by opsapk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

opsapk may share personal data with licensed third-party service providers, payment processors and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law, regulation or legitimate business operation. opsapk does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All content on the opsapk Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, design elements, logos, text, graphics, audio, video and data compilations, is the exclusive property of opsapk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from opsapk.
• Unauthorised use of any opsapk intellectual property will result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, opsapk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.

opsapk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where the Platform is temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical upgrade or unforeseen circumstances, opsapk will not be liable for any resulting loss.

opsapk's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arose. This limitation does not apply where opsapk has acted with gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

opsapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or disputed payment from a third-party provider.
• Legal, regulatory or compliance obligations that require account restriction.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling procedures.

Upon Account closure, any remaining verified real-money Balance (net of any bonus or disputed funds) will be returned to the player via the original payment method used, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any pending bets or active bonus requirements will be handled in accordance with the applicable terms in force at the time of the request.

opsapk reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting rights or obligations in a significant way — opsapk will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any particular transaction, wager or claim shall govern that transaction or claim. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which opsapk holds its operating licence. opsapk's licensing jurisdiction takes precedence over conflicting local laws to the extent permissible under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement or Account decision, players should first contact opsapk's support team to seek informal resolution. opsapk aims to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 calendar days where reasonably practicable.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by the applicable licensing authority. opsapk will cooperate fully with any such regulatory process.
